"Reduced-Price" Properties - These are the homes where the seller has drastically reduced the current sales price from the original sales price.
"Below Appraisal" Properties
Our systems compare sales prices to online appraisal values to find properties listed well below online appraisals.
"Under Tax Value" Homes - We compare asking prices to County Tax Appraisal Values to find "Under Tax Value" properties.

What do we have that others don't?
1. Realtor.com and Zillow, Etc. do not have features which allow the user to search for properties that are below tax appraised value, below other online appraisals, Price reduced by a certain percentage, Etc. The site is geared towards home owners rather than investors. They also do not use as much appraisal data as Smart House uses. Therefore, based on all these appraisal and price metrics, Smart House shows only the properties with the best attributes for Investors.
2. Smart House Deal Score - Smart House gives each property a Deal Score based on over 15 metrics.. Price compared to Appraisal, Days on Market, Motivated Keywords, Price Reduced, Etc. The more positive features a property has, the higher the deal score. This makes it easy to identify the good deals on Smart House. Realtor and Trulia, Etc. do not "score" properties.
3. Make-Offer Tool - On Realtor.com, when you click to email a realtor (with an offer, for example), they are really collecting your data on a form and trying to sell your information to a local realtor or call you to sell you on mortgage services. Smart House has compiled lists of Realtor cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses so that you can make offers direct to the agent's actual e-mail address or phone.
4. Pre-Drafted Offers and P&L Reports - Smart House uses many metrics to determine a Potential Profit/Loss or Discount for each property, and even including a Recommended Offer Price.
